Who we are

We are the fourth generation of a family dedicated to beekeeping since 1915.




Hello everyone!

I am Ximo Martínez and I am going to tell you my story.

After two decades working for the family business, I decided to embark on my own path, a path marked by one of my greatest passions: quality artisanal Spanish honey.


It all started with my great-grandparents. They had beehives and traveled all over Spain, locating them in the best settlements to offer you pure, artisanal honey of the highest quality.

Here I show you where we come from, our origins.

This is the honey my great-grandfather Cornelio sold in 1915. What do you think of the packaging? It's changed so much compared to today!

After all these years, we've preserved its essence, offering pure, artisanal honey of the highest quality.



My great passion is beekeeping, pure honey, being able to offer you a food that nature provides us, real honey.



Also being in the countryside surrounded by beehives, observing the work of the bees, enjoying the blooms depending on the time of year (orange blossom, April in Valencia), (rosemary, March in Cuenca), etc.


I make many trips during transhumance to obtain the best honey, maintaining beekeeping that respects the bees and ensuring that the honey is exceptional.



Being able to offer you this delicacy that nature has given us, so that you can savor it and enjoy it in your homes, is a pleasure for me too.

Maite is a master of social skills. She loves working closely with her clients and is always ready to help. With her smile and kindness, she listens to you and provides personalized service tailored to your tastes and needs.



She also lends her hand to us for tasks such as packaging, labeling, and managing some of our shipments. She also lends a hand with customizing labels, as she's passionate about design (and has good taste :P).

Maria. In charge of preparing orders.




Maria is the queen of requests.

We have known each other for many years.


Their skill and delicacy will ensure that your orders arrive in exceptional condition. They take the time to ensure perfect packaging.



In addition, he ensures that the warehouse is always organized so that preparation work runs smoothly.


She's always willing to help and contribute new ideas. She's a great companion.

Alicia. Responsible for overseeing the quality of our honey.




It's very important to us to offer you an exceptional product of the highest quality.



We have an in-house laboratory that performs analyses and ensures that the honey (apart from being delicious) complies with current regulations. It designs the product data sheets, checks that they are labeled correctly, and ensures that all the paperwork is in order.



And of course, she is also willing to help and lend a hand with whatever we need.
